الأسرع: من اللعبة افتح حسابك (من البروفايل) واضغط «احذف حسابي وبياناتي» ثم أكّد. يتم الحذف فورًا: الحساب والعملات والمقتنيات والرتبة والأصدقاء وكل بيانات الأونلاين. لا يتم الحذف أثناء وجودك في غرفة أو لو كان لك طلب دفع قيد المراجعة؛ أنهِ ذلك أولًا.
أو من اللعبة افتح إعدادات اللعبة ← الخصوصية وحذف البيانات ← عرض معرّف بياناتي. أرسل المعرّف أو رقم طلب الحذف إلى eyadsyam124@gmail.com واذكر أنك تطلب حذف بيانات اللعبة. لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو مفتاح دخول. إذا فقدت المعرّف، أرسل اسم العرض وكود الغرفة ووقت اللعب التقريبي للمساعدة في التحقق من الطلب.
يمكنك أيضًا إرسال الطلب من داخل التطبيق. نراجع الطلب خلال 30 يومًا وقد نطلب تأكيدًا داخل التطبيق لمنع حذف بيانات شخص آخر. يشمل الحذف الهوية المجهولة وبيانات اللعب والرسائل ورصيد العملات وسجل المكافآت والمحتوى المفتوح المرتبط بها. لا يمكن حذف النسخ المحلية المحفوظة لدى لاعبين آخرين. قد تبقى أدلة الإساءة اللازمة حتى حسم البلاغ وانتهاء مدة الاحتفاظ. امسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الجهاز لحذف النسخة المحلية.

Fastest: in the game open your account (from the profile) and tap “Delete my account and data”, then confirm. Deletion is immediate: the account, coins, items, rank, friends and all online data. It is refused while you are in a room or have a payment under review; finish that first.
Or in the app, open game Settings → Privacy and data deletion → Show my data identifier. Email the identifier or deletion receipt to eyadsyam124@gmail.com and request deletion. Never send passwords or access keys. If you lost the identifier, provide your display name, room code and approximate play time so we can help verify the request.
You can also submit the request inside the app. We review requests within 30 days and may ask for in-app confirmation to prevent unauthorized deletion. Deletion covers the associated anonymous identity, game data, messages, coin balance, reward ledger and unlocked content. Other players’ local copies cannot be remotely deleted. Necessary abuse evidence may remain until the report is resolved and the retention period expires. Clear app data in device settings to remove the local copy.
